PENGARUH MEDIA FLASHCARD “KENALI OBESITAS SEJAK DINI” TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN, ASUPAN GIZI MAKRO, DAN AKTIVITAS FISIK
Abstract
Obesity in children will affect their health from adolescence to adulthood. Obesity is a condition where body fat accumulates due to unbalanced food intake and physical activity. Nutritional counseling can improve children's intake according to their nutritional needs. This research is oriented towards the influence of flashcard media on knowledge, macronutrient intake and physical activity at SDN 126 Palembang. This type of research is in the form of a quasi-experiment with 35 treatment group samples. Data analysis used two tests, the first in the form of Wilxocon and the second in the form of a paired sample t-test or what is called a (dependent t-test). The results of the Wilxocon test show a p-value in decimal with a value of 0.000 (≤ 0.05) with a difference in increasing nutritional knowledge of 34.46%, the results of the dependent t-test have a p-value in decimal with a value of 0.000 (≤ 0.05 ) with the difference in decreasing energy intake, namely 246.55 Kcal, the p-value in decimal is 0.000 (≤ 0.05) with the difference in decreasing fat intake, namely 24.12 grams, the p-value in decimal is 0.000 (≤ 0 .05) with the difference in increasing fiber intake being 6.82 grams, the Wilcoxon test results show a p-value in decimals of 0.000 (≤ 0.05) with the difference in increasing physical activity being in decimals of 2.06. The test results show that there is a significant effect. Flashcards in nutritional counseling influence the knowledge, macronutrient intake and physical activity of obese children at SDN 126 Palembang.
