This study aims to understand the factors influencing nutritional status (BB/TB) in toddlers at Posyandu Anyelir 8 and Kenanga 7, under the working area of the Anak Air Health Center. The research design is a cross-sectional study, conducted from January to May 2023. The study subjects are 98 toddlers aged 06–59 months. Data on energy and macronutrient intake were collected through a 24-hour recall, while maternal knowledge, maternal education, and family income were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The data were analyzed descriptively. The study results showed that at Posyandu Anyelir 8, the prevalence of undernutrition was 14.3%, while at Posyandu Kenanga 7, the prevalence of severe undernutrition was 1.8% and undernutrition was 7.1%. The energy intake of toddlers at both posyandus was very low, at 61.9% and 76.8%, respectively. Protein intake was very low at 4.8% and 14.3%, fat intake was very low at 88.1% and 87.5%, and carbohydrate intake was very low at 64.3% and 80.4%. Maternal knowledge was categorized as poor for 45.2% and 41.1% of the mothers, maternal education was low for 38.1% and 35.7%, and family income was low for 42.9% and 71.4%. In conclusion, the prevalence of undernutrition among toddlers in the working area, influenced by inadequate nutrient intake, poor maternal knowledge, and low levels of maternal education and family income. Apart from diet, lack of physical activity also increases the risk of hypertension. Based on the Padang City Health Profile in 2021, the highest prevalence of hypertension in Padang City was in Andalas Health Centre at 30.2%. This study aims to determine the description of diet and physical activity in patients with hypertension at Puskesmas Andalas Padang in 2023. This study is descriptive with a sample of hypertensive patients aged 30-59 years at Puskesmas Andalas Padang. The study was conducted for seven days from 8 May to 14 May 2023. Primary data included blood pressure, diet, and physical activity obtained through interviews using the SQ-FFQ form and the Baecke Physical Activity Scale questionnaire. Data were collected using accidental sampling method and analysed univariately to describe each variable. The results showed that 86.8% of respondents consumed foods at risk of hypertension such as foods high in fat, low in fibre, and high in sodium. The average intake of fat was 64.1 grams/day, fibre was 17.7 grams/day, and sodium was 1674.8 mg/day. In addition, 100% of respondents had insufficient physical activity, such as rarely exercising. In conclusion, the prevalence of hypertension in Puskesmas Andalas is high, influenced by unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity. In general, DM sufferers often consume high carbohydrate intake, index and glycemic load. This is due to the consumption of food sources of carbohydrates that are not in accordance with the needs of DM sufferers. Carbohydrate intake, index and glycemic load can control blood glucose levels, the lower the carbohydrate intake, index and glycemic load, the lower blood glucose levels. This research was conducted to see if there was a relationship between carbohydrate intake, index and glycemic load with blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. This research was descriptive in nature with a sample of 56 people with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were conducted from April to May 2023. The data was collected is the blood glucose level when examined in the laboratory of the Lubuk Buaya Health Center, Padang City. Carbohydrate intake was obtained by FFQ. Data on carbohydrate intake obtained were grouped based on index and glycemic load and then processed and analyzed statistically using the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that 55.4% of respondents had blood glucose levels that were higher than normal. As much as 62.5% consumed carbohydrates more than recommended, the type of high glycemic index was 69.6% and the high glycemic load was 80.4%. There is a significant relationship between carbohydrate intake, glycemic index and load with blood glucose levels. In general, DM sufferers consume low fiber. This is due to the consumption of foodstuffs such as vegetables and fruit is less varied and the frequency is rare. Fiber can control blood glucose levels. The higher the fiber consumption, the lower the blood glucose level. This study aims to determine the relationship between fiber intake and blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the working area of ​​Lubuk Buaya Health Center, Padang City in 2023.This research is a descriptive study with a sample of 56 people with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the working area of ​​the Lubuk Buaya Health Center, which was conducted from April to May 2023. The data collected, namely fiber intake, was obtained through direct interviews using the SQ-FFQ and data on blood glucose levels. examined in the laboratory of the Lubuk Buaya Health Center. Data were analyzed statistically using the Pearson Correlation test. The results showed that 55.4% had uncontrolled blood glucose levels, 76.8% of respondents consumed less total fiber intake, and 89.3% consumed less water-soluble fiber. One of the risk factors that can play a role in hypertension is an imbalance in the regulation of micronutrients such as sodium and potassium. Lubuk Buaya Health Center is in the second highest rank for hypertension sufferers, namely as many as 598 people from January to April 2023. This study aims to find out how the potassium and sodium intake of hypertensive patients who are treated at the Lubuk Buaya Health Center in Padang City in 2023. This type of research is descriptive with cross sectional design. The sample is 47 people with purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted at the Lubuk Buaya Health Center from August 2022 to July 2023. Primary data, such as blood pressure, potassium and sodium intake were obtained through interviews, while secondary data such as name, address, weight, height, age were taken from patient registers. The data collection technique used the 3x24 hour Food Recall form. Data were processed and analyzed univariately. Based on the results of the study, more than half of the hypertensive patients with grade 1 hypertension (57.4%) all had potassium intake in the less category (100%), and less than half with more sodium intake (31.9%) at the Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya in 2023.
